VTU Answer Booklet Format Changed

 

With the introduction of the digital valuation system, the answer booklets of all the theory exams have changed, and now you have to be very careful while filling the first sheet of the answer booklet as the first sheet will be read by a computer.

The most important part is darkening the corresponding circles of the questions which you have answered.

The answer booklet comes in an orange background color. The first page has been given below as a SPECIMEN COPY.

We have also added help boxes alongside the answer booklet image to avoid any confusion.
Also, please read the instructions below. Inform all your friends who to look at so that this new change does not give any last moment tension.

->Avoid coming late to the examination hall and then making mistakes on the first sheet of the answer booklet and wasting your valuable time correcting the mistakes instead of answering the question paper. It is recommended that you be seated in the examination hall early.



Important:

We recommend all students be present 30 mins before the exam starts since you will have to affix your signatures and your USN on all 46 pages of the answer booklet.

VTU Results for Damaged Answer Booklet Barcodes

 Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi (VTU), vide its official circular dated 20th Dec 2017, has made it strict and straightforward that it will not evaluate the answer booklets where the barcodes are damaged or tampered with.

This has been brought to the undersigned notice that some of the students are mutilating barcodes on the answer booklets. This has created a lot of inconvenience for the University and resulted in a delay in the announcement of results. Hence, the Principals/Chief Superintendents of constituent and affiliated engineering colleges are requested to instruct the students not to mutilate the barcodes. If any student mutilates the barcode, such an answer book will not be considered for evaluation.

Kindly bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all the students and also direct  the Room Superintendents to announce the same in the examination hall
before the commencement of examinations.
