PES University Admission 2021
PESSAT for BTech is held in May every year. Below is the step by step process to get admission into PES University:
1.Firstly, fill the application form online via PES University official website by clicking on New Admission.
2.Secondly, you and one parent must visit the College and collect a token at the College reception.
3.Now, go to the document verification counter and get your documents verified.
Below is the list of documents required for PES University admission to BTech through CET:
(i)1CET Admission Order
(ii)10+2 Marks Card – Original
(iii)10th Class Marks card – Original
(iv)Transfer Certificate / College leaving Certificate
(v)Migration Certificate (If other than PU Board)
(vi)Copy of Aadhar Card
(vii)Tuition Fee Receipt – Original (Both CET & College)
(viii)FOUR COPIES each of colour passport size and stamp size photographs
(ix)For Reservation Candidates – Affidavit, Caste, Income Certificate, Rural, Kannada Medium Certificate, Sports, X Defense, NCC Certificate.
(x)Two sets of self-attested photocopies of the original documents.
(xi)Anti Ragging Affidavit by Student & Parent on Rs. 20/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper duly attested by Notary Public as per attached format within a month from the admission date.
4.Once the College verifies your documents, submit the filled-in application form at the College for verification.
5.Approach the accounts section and pay your fees through DD. Ensure that you write your complete name and application reference number behind the DD.

PES University Scholarships
PES University offers scholarship to deserving students.
1.MRD Scholarships:
If your CGPA score is among the top 20% of your class/ section for an academic year, you get a 40% waiver on your tuition fees for the next academic year.
2.Distinction Awards:
If you obtain a CGPA of 7.5 and above for an academic year, you are eligible for a cash prize money as a distinction award.

Many corporates offer scholarships to meritorious final year students of the College.
5.Rural Scholarships:
The College offers free engineering education to a set number of rural students every year.
6.Teaching Assistantships:
If you assist your Professors in their teaching, you shall be given compensation accordingly.
7.Research Assistantship:
If you are interested in Research, you can work under Professor as research associates and receive compensation for the same.
