VTU Final Year Projects Funding 2020

 

VTU Final Year Projects Funding provided by the Visvesvaraya Technological University for the deserving projects. The University shall provide Financial Assistance to the deserving Projects of Undergraduate final year students.

The funding is for all the branches of VTU Final Year Projects.

 

The following are the salient features of the proposed assistance:

1. The Financial Assistance shall be for the projects of Under Graduate final years student only. A sum of Rs 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand only) per project with a maximum of two projects per branch/ programme shall be given by the University .

2. The Financial Assistance shall be available for all branches at Under Graduate level offered by the College.

3. The top two deserving projects (in each branch) shall be chosen by the Committee in respective College .

4. Each College shall constitute the Committees (branch-wise) and the composition shall be as follows.

i) Principal -Chairman

ii) HoD of the respective Branch -Member

iii)Three subject experts/ Senior Professors/ Industries as deemed for by the Institution in each branch . -Members

5. The details of selected projects along with proceedings shall be submitted to the undersigned on or before 25th March, 2020 in the following format. Documents to be Attached:

a) Affiliation notification issued by VTU for 2019-20

b) Proceedings of the Committee for selection of Projects:

6. The proposal received after the last date will not be considered.

7. Further, the selected projects will be permitted for exhibition at VTU Head Office, Belagavi, which will be intimated in due course of time.
