VTU Semester End Exam for Internship

Conduct of VTU Internship

VTU to conduct 3 types of internships in three durations. They are as below:

Internship	Duration	Conducted
Inter/lntra Institutional Internship	3 weeks	Between II and III semester & Between III and IV semester
Innovation / Societal / Entrepreneurship based Internship	4 weeks	Between IV and V semester
Research Internship / Industry Internship	24 weeks	After VI semester

Following Instructions are issued in respect of conduct of Semester End Examinations for Internship (15**84):

Conduct of VTU Semester End Exam (SEE)

1. The Semester End Examinations (SEE) shall be conducted similar to final semester project work/ lab examinations.

2. Internal and External Examiners shall be appointed by the Principal.

3. External Examiner may be from the Industry.

4. If the External examiner from the industry is not available, alternative arrangements shall be made by the Principal by appointing a faculty from out of the faculty of the department, wherein the student is studying.

 

Remuneration and TA and DA

TA/DA and Remuneration shall be paid as per VTU norms for Project work examinations.

 

Color of Cover Page of UG Internship report:

Some of the courses are missing in the earlier circular VTU/BGM/Rcg(E)/PS/2018-2019/1571, dated 14th May 2019, for such courses the Internship cover page colour shall be same as Project work cover page.
