VTU Student Registration Extended

The university received few requests from colleges to reopen the VTU Student Registration Portal for the year 2020-21. As per the request, VTU is reopening the student registration portal from 7th Jan 2021 to 16th Jan 2021. Colleges have to register the students of the following categories:

1. Change of College

2.Change of Branch

3.Readmission

4.Others whose details were not entered

 

Important Notes

1.Colleges must pay the university fees with regard to UG/ PG students.

2.The Principals of colleges must remit the same to the University on or before 16th Jan 2021 using Principal's Login credentials.

VTU Student Registration is mandatory for the academic year 2020-21. Both UG & PG students must compulsorily register themselveswith the university at https://prexamblr.vtu.ac.in/StudentRegistration/ without fail. Morevover, as per the VTU notification only after registering in the VTU Student Registration Portal you can apply for examination. We shall see the details of this notification below.

VTU Student Registration Applicability

Students must register with university at https://prexamblr.vtu.ac.in/StudentRegistration/. It is applicable to every student studying in

1.3rd, 5th or 7th Semester of B.E/B.Tech.

2.3rd, 5th or 7th Semester of B.Plan

3.3rd, 5th, 7th or 9th Semester of B. Arch

4.3rd semester of MBA

5.3rd or 5th semester of MCA

6.3rd semester of M.Tech.

7.3rd semester of M.Arch.

 

Is VTU Student Registration Mandatory?

Only registered students are considered for ensuing examination application.

 

How to register in the Portal?

1.Registration must be made by the college on behalf of students at the portal https://prexamblr.vtu.ac.in/StudentRegistration/.

2.Use the department credentials of prexam portal to login to the Student Registration Portal.

3.Pay the total fees to the university as calculated in the Registration Portal.

4.Enter the scheme details of the students diligently.

5. Please go through all the applicable regulations, norms, circulars, notifications of University and also the link provided in the registration portal. After that enter the scheme applicable to the student (UG and PG)

6. Only on production of proper and correct documentary evidence change in registration details is permitted . However, the same invites penalty fees.

8.Ensure to complete the Process on or before 25/11/2020.
