Unit-3 Organizing And Staffing 7 hours

The Project Team: Skills / abilities required for project manager, Authorities and responsibilities of project manager, Project organization and types, Accountability in project execution, controls, tendering and selection of contractors

Unit-4 Project Scheduling 7 hours

Project implementation scheduling, different scheduling techniques-bar (GANTT) charts, Bar charts for combined activities. Project Evaluation and Review Techniques (PERT) planning. Simple Numerical Problems.
