Module-1 0 hours

1. Design and set up the following rectifiers with and without filtersand to determine ripple factor and rectifier efficiency:
(a) Full Wave Rectifier
(b) Bridge Rectifier

Module-2 0 hours

2. Conduct experiment to test diode clipping (single/double ended) andclamping circuits (positive/negative).

Module-3 0 hours

Conduct an experiment on Series Voltage Regulator using Zenerdiode and power transistor to determine line and load regulationcharacteristics.

Module-4 0 hours

Realize BJT Darlington Emitter follower with and withoutbootstrapping and determine the gain, input and output impedances.

Module-5 0 hours

Design and set up the BJT common emitter amplifier using voltagedivider bias with and without feedback and determine the gainbandwidthproduct from its frequency response.

Module-6 0 hours

Plot the transfer and drain characteristics of a JFET and calculateits drain resistance, mutual conductance and amplification factor.

Module-7 0 hours

Design, setup and plot the frequency response of Common SourceJFET/MOSFET amplifier and obtain the bandwidth.

Module-8 0 hours

Plot the transfer and drain characteristics of n-channel MOSFETand calculate its parameters, namely; drain resistance, mutualconductance and amplification factor.

Module-9 0 hours

Set-up and study the working of complementary symmetry class Bpush pull power amplifier and calculate the efficiency.

Module-10 0 hours

Design and set-up the RC-Phase shift Oscillator using FET, andcalculate the frequency of output waveform.

Module-11 0 hours

Design and set-up the following tuned oscillator circuits usingBJT, and determine the frequency of oscillation.
(a) Hartley Oscillator
(b) Colpitts Oscillator

Module-12 0 hours

Design and set-up the crystal oscillator and determine thefrequency of oscillation.
